  Charity Carmody State Farm has taken very good care of me and my daughter for the last 4 years since moving all of my policies over. Randy Jackson went out of his way to make sure I was aware of an opportunity to increase the life insurance for my daughter. He was helpful, kind, efficient and professional. In under 10 minutes I was able to do something for my daughter that she will reap the benefits of for a life time. The GIO is an amazing thing. When I bought the policy, that was the only amount of life insurance I could afford, but 10 years later, I am in a position where I can add more. Thanks again, Randy, for taking time to reach out to me and for making the experience effortless on my part.

  I have loved working with Charity Carmody State Farm since moving up to Alaska ten years ago. They have always taken great care of me, which includes spend the extra ten minutes to explain ways for me to save money, or just have a more responsible insurance plan. They have also taken care of all my different insurance needs outside of just car, which makes it super easy and convenient to keep my home and car in one place. I have especially loved working with Christian Rawalt these past few years. He is available anytime, even weekends and crazy hours when I am communicating from many, many time zones away. I would highly recommend this crew!

  I’ve been with charity for over 10 years and I have no plans to switch. The whole office is friendly knowledgeable and provide the best service to fit my needs. I was helped by Lindsey over the phone today and she was so friendly and she provided me all the information I needed.

  Randy Jackson is my hero! I had a hospital income policy claim that I submitted two months ago and nothing was happening with it and no one was responding to my inquiries about it. Randy was able to get the claim to where it needed to be, provided prompt updates, and was able to get it paid for me! He was very knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and a real pleasure to work it. I hope I get to work with him for every single one of my claims with State Farm!

  Randy Jackson was awesome to work with out of Charity’s office! He sat down with my husband and made us feel confident about our level of coverage. He went over all of our policy’s with us to make sure we were getting the best deal. Highly highly recommend!
