This is my second issue requiring PT. Not only is the area itself aesthetically pleasing in and clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
I love my new physical therapist. She seems extremely bright and I have 100% confidence in her!

I am so impressed with Erin at United Physical Therapy. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very observant. She explains the cause, process, and the goal at my level of understanding. Erin is so encouraging yet firm with my journey through rehabilitation. The "homework" she assigns is appropriate and doable in my home and has produced progress in my recovery. The front desk staff at the Huffman office is kind and helpful as well. I would highly recommend United if you are willing to actively participate in your recovery!!
I am amazed at how much better I feel since starting PT there. I had been getting incredible headaches due to occipital neuralgia- and doctors for over two years could only give pills or talk about injections.
Started with Erin in June- by September I was at the pint of almost never getting the headaches, rarely needing an Advil.
I am also highly impressed with their measures for staying clean and safe during the pandemic.
One of the best- maybe the best- healthcare experiences I have ever had.
I chose this PT facility based upon both my doctor's recommendation and that of former clients. The PTs are exceptional and work with you one to one so your time is well spent and you progress faster. The South Anchorage facility is new, very clean and has great views when working in the exercise area. Definitely made the right decision!
The office is modern, clean and welcoming. The receptionist acknowledged me immediately and added to the welcoming atmosphere. The therapist (Luci) saw me at my scheduled appointment time, there was no wait. The therapist was personable, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. I was totally satisfied with my treatment at United Physical Therapy South.
