honestly the greatest subway in slidell. i have been here many of times and even during some of the instances in which these negative reviews are talking about. most of the bad reviewers treated the staff with ZERO respect and expected the staff to accept the disrespect then complained when they don’t. they are amazing people and deserve the respect you expect.

Subway is Subway. What can I say about it. It wasn't anything I could brag about but at the same time it wasn't at all bad. The one problem I have is with their website. A couple of weeks ago my wife spotted a charge on our debit card out of New York and disputed the charge. Ever since we have been unable to order from their site. We even added another card number and it was denied. And that reminds me....I need to call Subway and straighten out this matter. In no way is it the local franchises fault. And now it's time for me to start dialing.

Love this subway! The lady that is literally working every time I go in is the sweetest and even remembers what I like even if it's been weeks. She deserves a raise 👏 🙌 It's hard to come by great customer service these days but she's awesome!

The service is very helpful. We found the dishes are way larger than our expected so we cancelled one dish and they accepted. The restaurant also provided nice takeout boxes and provided nice recommendation of how we reheating the food. And the food quality is quite good.

Excellent food and pastries. I recommend Mapo tofu. You can order authentic dishes off menu if you know what you're after!

I ordered a Frozen birthday cake for my daughters birthday. Not only was the cake gorgeous as expected (like their pictures of cakes they had done before) but everyone went on about how delicious it was! Additionally, they were great to work with, friendly, professional and punctual 🙂
