Wow is all i have to say !!!! I went into Southlake Auto to see Micheal Arizmendi !!! And left with a new 2024 Kia Carnival !!! Had and absolute amazing experience with a Lifetime warranty on my new car !!! The facilities were state of the art and very welcoming !! Everyone had a smile on their face and was very welcoming !! Micheal was the best hands to work out an amazing deal !! Jim and Juan were more then accommodating as well !!! And Billy was fast and efficient in my paperwork and making sure I got all the coverages i needed help protect my investment in my new car !!! Thanks sooo much Team Southlake !! You guys ROCK !!!!! Very pleasant experience for "Car Shopping." There is a stigma around it, but we had a great experience at southlake. We were not pressured into buying a car, we actually enjoyed the buying process and choosing for ourselves. We told Cody we were checking a couple of places and we did, they asked how they could help get us back to buy the car. We told him and they worked on what they could do. Came back 2 hours later and we bought the car from Cody. He did his job well and we it was a pleasure to give him the sale.

I came to this dealership because I wanted to test drive a Kia, but after driving it I realized it wasn’t right for me and my family. Mariana was very patient and spent the afternoon with me while I test drove several other vehicles until I was able to find my perfect new car! Everyone at Southlake was extremely patient and Mariana helped me get a great deal on my Mitsubishi Outlander SEL Black Edition!
