Over-all they did a good job. Mark was easy to deal with, was able to get my trade value up and the cost of my truck down so I'd be where I needed to be $$ wise. Was pretty quick and simple signing the papers and they were able to transfer my plates for me too.

I know its maybe dumb, but you would think on a vehicle purchase they'd hand it over with a full tank of fuel, but it was literally at a 1/4 tank when I left the lot. I work at non-competition dealership 70 miles away and EVERY vehicle sold has a full detail, front row parked and waiting with a full tank even at 4.00 a gallon. Even so, pretty happy with my experience.

The service department keeps me informed, takes time to explain findings, and offers explanations for scheduled maintenance. My salesman remembers me and greets me with a smile/hello. The GM makes sure he stops by to say hello, and the finance guy answers in detail with great patience all my questions related to my oil change packages and warranty information. Everyone treats me like family.
