“Wow, I had a phenomenal experience trading my vehicle in and paying for a newer vehicle outright! I had first called about the vehicle I was interested in and they were completely honest about the vehicle’s title and condition and texted me the VIN. I later test drove it and was not pressured to look at other options or newer years of the same vehicle. A few days after that, I called about trading in my vehicle for the one I tested and they at least gave me an estimate before I drove 3 hours for them to check it out. They offered me more than what they estimated which allowed me to purchase the newer one without a loan. Such a smooth process! I had to mail them the title for the car I traded in and they were very patient and trusting with me. I read lots of reviews about their dealership before looking too much through their inventory.
