You know when you walk in to a place of business and receive the best customer service that just makes the whole experience ten times better. Erin was willing to spend time helping me design my kitchen countertops based on the flooring and cabinets I had chosen. We laid out my samples then surrounded them with wonderful choices, Erin even showed me large slabs so I would get a better picture of the final project. I was totally overwhelmed having never done a remodel before but not after working with Erin. The installation was perfection my kitchen countertops look wonderful. I wanted a new kitchen sink. Since our house came with beautiful and functional laminate countertops, it took a while to find and save up for the perfect quartz replacement. The knowledgeable salesperson I worked with (Erin) made the whole process fun while respecting my time and wishes/concerns. The person who cut my counters (Tim) did a fantastic job matching the pattern in the material. The installers also took time to make the seams practically disappear to the eye and to the touch. Great company and great people who work for them. It truly was a pleasure doing business with them.
