When I (Jacque) went to pick them up, they had everything loaded together, the list ready for review and signature and they loaded it all up for me without any hesitation. I am an Alaskan girl so I am totally used to just 'doing' without expecting (like just pulling the truck up and loading my own items) so this was a throwback to good old fashioned service. They greeted me right when I came up, they were organized and they were helpful.
