“If I could give more stars, I would. I took my first class here this past Saturday and here is my review: I arrived about 20 mins before class. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a kind and welcoming woman who turned out to be the part owner. She checked me in for class and got me situated with the layout of the studio. The studio was beautifully laid out and decorated-and it smelled wonderful! The ladies bathroom and shower area had various amenities, like feminine and hair care products that I did not expect to see. It was a nice, personal touch that made me feel like I was at home. I was then introduced to my instructor, Lauren. She got me situated on my bike and helped me fit it for my height and arm reach. After ensuring I felt comfortable, it was time for class to start. The hour long class was fantastic! Lauren’s energy was infectious and her playlist was 🔥! The lighting was fun and often went along with the feeling of the music. At times it was a little difficult to hear Lauren’s instructions over the music but I’m a bit hard of hearing when there is a lot of other noise going on. It wasn’t a hinderance, though, as I was able to get the gist of what she was instructing us to do by following her lead. When class was over, showers were available on site for anyone that wanted to use them. I bypassed the showers, grabbed my stuff, thanked everyone for a great experience, and left the studio. Later that day, I received an email with the metrics from my ride. This was a pleasant surprise and definitely added to my positive view of my ride that morning. Fast forward to yesterday, 3 days after my ride, I checked my mail and received something from Vib Cycle. To my pleasant surprise, it was a hand written card thanking me for coming to my first ride with the studio. A HAND WRITTEN card!! It also had a promotional sticker which I promptly attached to my water bottle. I was so moved by this personal touch that I thought it only appropriate to share my fantastic experience on here. Needless to say, I will be riding with Vib Cycle again in the near future and encourage everyone to give them a chance by experiencing it first hand.”

“Well! I wish I had taken more pictures at this place but it was the first time I'd encountered a "schooner" of beer outside of the Pacific Northwest. It distracted me from taking any further photos at this remarkable establishment. I can't talk highly enough about this pizza joint. It's conveniently located right off the Glenn Hwy and easy to get to and then back on the road again. I loved the quirky layout of the building and the obvious expanse that has taken place as the place has grown. As an out of towner or "tourist" it was a treat to walk in and start looking at historical local Alaskan memorabilia. I got the sense that there was a lot of nostalgia and pride in the support of the local community. It gave off a super family friendly and welcoming air as we were escorted to our table. Marlis was our server and she was so friendly, honest and helpful. She was more than accepting as I worked my way through 96 oz of beer. Let's talk more about beer. Being from the PNW I'm used to a Schooner being significantly smaller than the "Mystery Schooner" Marlis brought me. It was a massively chilled 32oz bowl of Pizza Man Pale Ale to start with. 32oz! For $6! And it isn't even a Coor's, Bud Light, Miller Light, Rainier type of beer joint. They must have had close to 30 beers on tap and regular Schooners were only $8.75! For any beer on the menu! None of this PNW different prices for different beers. It blew my mind. And the food was really great! Beyond expectations. Chicken wings, cheese sticks, steak sandwiches, egg plant parmesan and of course PIZZA were all great. Their menu could work a little harder on identifying gluten free and vegetarian options as there aren't any markings in the menu. The menu itself is exhaustive and unexpected in it's offerings. I suspect you can go back every other day for a month sharing plates and not quite get through the whole thing. You gotta go. Make the drive, flight or float to get to Eagle River and experience the Pizza Man. Local treasure outside of Anchorage and worth the trip across the board. Say, "Hi" to Marlis for me and throw back a Schoon (or 3, if you're not driving).”

“These guys went to bat for me multiple times. I had to have been one of the tougher, more…difficult..customers that have came through this shop. I wanted my trucks repairs done my way and these guys were more than able to help steer me the right direction, but do what needed done themselves and do it quick too. There were many hiccups and delays just due to everything going on in the world, no fault of Fix Autos.. with back ordered parts and what not, all of them, absolute legendary employee Erik, handled with ease and the highest level of customer service. Amazing overall customer service and communication skills by him and I have recommended Erik @ Fix Auto Old Seward South location multiple times to people in auto damage situations since February when we all met originally. On top of that I had an issue with my truck, that I believe happened during the accident, that was noticed a while after I picked up of my finished truck at Fix. I called down there, they were happy to fit me in immediately, that day, who I believe to be the manager, Shawn, or Sean maybe, had the team inspect and address my issue on the spot. Ended up being something completely unrelated to the accident or their work, but was taken care of by Shawn/Sean and Erik, on the house, while I waited in the nice lobby. Overall 10/10 experience, thank you to the front desk/reception team for always answering my calls and texts constantly, to Erik, Shawn/Sean and Kakoa, I hope I got that right. These guys work well as a team, and quick on their feet with time sensitive ordering or phone calls. If you are looking for a place to repair your damaged car, Fix Auto Old Seward South should be your first and only stop, ask for one of these fellas.”
