My impression when I called to make an appointment with her was “wow she is so kind on the phone” which made me want to attend my appointment. I show up and she is just so welcoming. I gave showed her pictures of what I wanted and she kindly made suggestions and asked me questions. She was very personable as well. She was personable and gave us both great cuts as well as sold me some much needed styling balm that has worked beautifully for me.
