Somewhere Else Small Engines

Inconsistent pricing for the same job. Sometimes $135. Sometimes $185. Never know what you’re gonna get, but they do good work and I’d bring my snowblower back if need be.

Dwight was a great help. Was able to identify the problem with my snowblower, inform me it was a quick fix, and provide me with the part to do it myself.

Coming from out of town to Anchorage I called to this location for a Craftsman Lawn Mower (older model) to get a control cable for a “faster-than-mail-order” repair. No other shops or retailers were any help in this case and I was lucky to get this place through Google Search for small engine repairs.👍
This is definitely the shop for a DYI repair on items you own. The attendant went out of her way to get me something that would work and even told me if I still had trouble I could come back for the right part (exact specs) if needed.

I brought my lawnmower over earlier today to get a few things repaired. He was able to fix everything needed and on top of that, went above and beyond with the customer service. I went in with the expectation of paying an arm and a leg, but he was beyond fair with the price. I’ve made three recommendations to friends and family already and I fully intend on continuing to.
