(July 20, 2023, 4:22 pm)Recently switched to GCI from MTA and I have to say, their service exceeds expectations! The sign up process in the office was smooth and quick. Their technician arrived exactly when expected. He was very polite and professional! Despite having to do all the work of running a line to the house, he still did it quickly and with a smile. Such a great job and I would highly recommend GCI for your internet needs!
(June 4, 2023, 4:17 pm)Everyone read. I have used MTA at many locations for 15 years. GCI is better on every single level. The billing process is extremely simpler at GCI. The speed of internet is extremely better at GCI. The quality of people who work at GCI is absolutely top notch. MTA personally ranks with me as the single worst company I have ever had to deal with. I wish I would have switched a long time ago. Thank you GCI for being so amazing!
