These folks are awesome!! They provide great customer service, pleasant to speak with on the phone, and let me know promptly my vehicle would take a bit longer than expected. As I write this review, I have not seen the finished product but expect their work to be as excellent as their communication and follow-up.They even coordinated an extra upgrade (clear auto armor) as well. Great job Valley Auto Body!

Valley Auto Body did such an amazing job on my car! I’m 21 years old with a new baby and I don’t know much about cars. The front desk lady, Miranda was so sweet to me and took the time to explain things over and over so that I would understand processes/procedures with everything from my insurance, to my car parts and alignmen. Even with the rental car from a different company. They kept me updated the whole time. Very good communication. When I picked my car up, they had even taken out extra dents and fixed some scratches that were not accident related. They detailed the inside of my car and made it all beautiful and shiny. I am beyond happy with my car, and the service they provided! I’d recommend them to anyone I know needing auto body repairs. So thankful!
