This last time, Bailey was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job. It's been a couple months since I got my cut and I still LOVE my hair. Being new to The Valley, I had no idea where I was going to find a stylist that would have the patience and the expertise to foil, color, cut and style my unusually thick head of hair. After finding Pretty Little Layers on Facebook, I called and spoke to Jesse who was sympathetic to my situation and understood what I was looking for so we promptly booked my first appointment. I found Pretty Little Layers to be a modest, clean, and a well-decorated, modern salon. When Jesse and I first met, she patiently listened to the outcome I was expecting, smiled, rolled up her sleeves and went on to do her thing. Jesse is very easy to talk to, considerate of her client’s requests and thoughtful when offering new ideas or advice on hair care. I always come out feeling like a million bucks after I see Jesse. I drove past the place twice before I realized which one it was, and had to wait for a spot up close because of super bad ice in the parking lot (not their fault this is Alaska). Staff is very friendly and fun to talk to. They were great with my skin allergies, showing me ingredients to everything they used. Dr. Elrod is knowledgeable in thyroid issues and I loved that even at the first visit for the lip service, was up for a conversation about my on going health problems.”
