What a wonderful adventure! Our group of seven adults had an awesome time. We range from young and agile to older and wobbly, but we all were able to comfortably participate! We did a summer dog sled training run, spent time meeting our dogs and visited with some puppies. Randy, our guide was fun, knowledgeable and entertaining. He handled all obstacles that were thrown his way easily. Loved meeting the dogs (Hey Luna and Buddy!) All around worth the drive from Anchorage. Thanks for an awesome experience.

We had a winter wedding and many guests were coming from out of state, and we wanted a unique Alaskan experience for them. Snowhook accommodated our large 27-person group seamlessly and professionally. The dogs were fantastic and the guides were amazing. I was very pleased with how the event went and how much everyone learned and had fun doing something they've never done before. Even though I live here I very well might come back again anyway.

My wife and I really enjoyed our visit. The people were great. We had a great time driving the snow machines. We even we saw three moose. It is not one of those cookie cutter adventures, but a real experience and challenge.

MY FAVORITE PART OF THE TRIP.
My friends and I did dog sledding in the morning and snow mobiles in the afternoon. They have so many dogs and every single one of them looks happy and healthy. These dogs are working dogs and you can tell that they love what they do. Halfway through the dog sled tour, the dogs had warmed up and were clearly having the time of their lives. Their tongues were hanging out of the side of their mouths, tails were wagging, and during breaks they would roll around in the snow and play with each other. It was such a great experience.
Snow mobiles were next and I was expecting a short, lame little tour BUT NO. Prepare yourselves to have 3 consecutive hours of fun. It was great and there was enough of a challenge that people of all ability levels got to have a blast. Not only is the tour gorgeous and stimulating, but you get the chance to roam free in an open space and we all went nuts.
10/10 would do it again. I will definitely be back for their summer tours. Everyone was great and the tours were phenomenal.

This place was incredible. So much experience for the price. My friend and I wanted to go dog sledding while in Alaska and after a bit of research we found this place. Definitely recommend coming here. The people are so welcoming and love to offer advice and stories. We got to pet all the dogs and watch them get hooked up on the sleds. Our musher was Matt and he was very knowledgeable and told great stories of his experiences and his life in Alaska. A piece of advice is that if you don't want to help push and be hands-on then the front is a good place to be. But if you want a full experience of what mushers do then the back is the place to be. All around this was an incredible experience and I would 100% go again.
