“My first time dinning at the big Lake Family Restaurant, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Probably, one of the best Country Fried Steaks I've ever ordered. The mashed potatoes and gravy are the closest to homemade you'll find eating out (I think they are homemade for the record) My wife ordered a Rubin Sandwich. She says it was delicious as well. Cute place with all the old time decor, a few of the things I spotted, I played with, as a little boy. I'm certain this will become a regular stop when we visit Alaska, ( 3 or 4 times a year right now till we build our retirement home soon )”
