The Park is immaculately clean, residents are friendly and I live here "year-round" in my RV Trailer. I am an Arizonan, "by birth" and returned here, after retiring from my career in another state a few years back. I LOVE it here!!”

“Pulled into Apache Junction one afternoon only to discover my engine had an oil leak. Driving an Alfa motorhome on a Freightliner chassis, with a Mercedes Benz engine. Called all Freightliner and other brand name shops. They might be able to get it in 2 weeks from now. Called R C G, Ryan answered, said he would be there in 2 hrs!!!!! He came right on time. Very professional, knew what the problem was very quickly. Had us fixed in no time at all. We even scheduled for an oil change and service when we come back thru in January !!!! I would highly recommend RCG to everyone !!!!!!”

We ended up in the middle of a monsoon storm which was exciting but a little scary but I had no concerns that we were in good hands. “Have always loved visiting here but were stunned at how the new management has bamboozled the residents. Using their park as a guinea pig since they have never managed RV parks before...not asking their opinions before tearing down features that are in good shape and leaving them without for months when they said "only 3 weeks" for replacements or reconstruction. We really hate the new "cracker box" homes that have been brought in. I could go on but will finish on this note....how dare you structure their rent so they can no longer pay annually....of course it allows you to raise the rent throughout the year.....already twice!!! And it was 6 percent instead of the 3 percent you stated publicly. We are no longer considering moving there.”

“I had a new roof done yesterday by D & M roofing. I am thrilled with it & would definitely recommend them. The only glitch was that they brought the wrong brand of shingles (not what was specified on the estimate). I texted my contact and he had the situation rectified. I had gotten 4 estimates, only 2 companies provided written estimates. D&M was less expensive and offered the higher quality shingles (as rated by consumer reports). The team worked like a well oiled machine & the clean up was meticulous. Highly recommend!”
