(January 30, 2020, 4:29 pm)I first came in to Larry H Miller. In October looking at a gladiator. Very one was very pleasant, but we did qualify.
We came back in January and all the sales and management remembered us and where so happy to see us, They told us today is the day! We where offered drinks, popcorn, coffee. By our salesperson Jeremiah, who was determined to get us our gladiator. We did a test drive, Jeremiah showed us how everything worked and said he would work his best to get us our jeep. We did get our gladiator that day and everyone was so helpful and happy to see us get the jeep of our dreams. I have bought from this dealership chain and will continue to Have Jeremiah assistance us.

He takes his time with me and makes certain that I am aware of all the necessary services that my van may need. He is never pushy and always helpful in assisting! He always makes me feel like I’m not a bother and doesn’t make me feel rushed into any decision! Keep up the great job, Francisco and Larry H Miller!!! I am 100% satisfied with my service visit!

Ask for Francisco Miranda you WILL NOT be disappointed... Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I called Friday for a Saturday oil change appointment. I was told no appointments were available, they were booked full. She said I could come as a walk in Sat morning and wait, but that it would not be fast, probably a long wait. I arrived and spoke with Francisco, and let me tell you he bent over backwards to get me in as quickly as possible. He was efficient, and juggled multiple customers at the same time while giving each customer his undivided attention and no one waited more than a few minutes. Friendly and professional is an understatement. I would never deal with anyone else! I will return to this dealer location (even though it is not conveniently close to home) just because of Francisco. Thank you for your upstanding customer service today, it was much appreciated.
(December 3, 2019, 1:03 pm)It was two days before Thanksgiving and my engine light came on. I went into panic mode because I have to pick up people from the airport immediately I called Fred and I explained my situation to him. He told me to bring my car in and he also gave me a rental car! so that I'll be able to continue to shop for the food for Thanksgiving and pick up my family members from the airport. Again I am so grateful for Fred and Mike who helped me out every time I need them. They have the best ,best customer service ever !!! I tell all my family and friends about them because they care about their customer. They make you feel just like family whenever l need them they are there for me. I will always buy my cars at Larry H. Miller because of Fred and his teams Thank you for hiring such wonderful people.
