It was a great experience what I liked the most was I wasn't pressured or pushed to buy I actually took a few days to look at everything actually test drive 2 different trucks actually choose a color I wanted the gentleman that was working with Emmanuel ( Manny ), I even turned down the 1st deal and call them back and I said let's do this so gateway Chevrolet you're doing it right didn't feel pressured at all thank you

He was timely and honest with the process ensuring my father even got paired with the fastest finance executive so my father could get home faster. I went in early without an appointment to get a flat repaired through a third party hazard warranty and had no issues. Advisor Anthony was very professional and helpful. He dealt with the hazard warranty company so I didn't have to mess with it. It was a load off my back. Awesome job!
