(September 26, 2020, 2:43 pm)Breaks my heart because this is a great gym. The customer service not so much. They charged me an annual fee of $39 twice. I went in and disputed the charge. It went by fine the girl was nice and understood the issue. They hadn’t refunded me so then I went in the second time and this is where they got argumentative about the charges. they were confused about the charges as well. Jade was rude and I decided to cancel. Today there was hope and I got a call back from Sage the manager who really was sweet. I was able to undo my cancelation and stay a member. I really love this gym and it was heart breaking to go but after speaking with Sage I decided I wanted to stay. My main issue was customer service while disputing a double charge. I’ve never experienced bad service with anyone at crunch before, just this one bad rotten apple named JADE.
(September 11, 2020, 11:59 pm)I like this place! It’s nearby, it’s 24 hours, and it’s just fine. It’s pretty dead when I get there (around 4:30 am) which is how I like it. They have a good variety of exercises and machines and weights and stuff. It’s just good, ya know? Gets the job done. Not the most pleasant experience (shout out to lifetime), but really good for the price. It’ll be better too when I can use the sauna. Love that stuff.
