As a 17 year old veteran mother of 2 kids, today for the first time ever received a call from my sons dr letting me know what steps were coming next for an mri appt I was waiting for. Has your childs doctor ever personally called you to put your mind at ease.....I will wait. It has never happened before where I get a personal from the dr to explain something to me. It is unheard of and none of my friends with kids believed me when I told them. I am amazed at Dr Hall's bedside manners, so professional and patient.
