“I just want to comment about our experiences with Holy Cross Cemetery and the service we received from Lupe Valenzuela. Lupe has been very kind and helpful with all of the questions we had. Often when we have visited my father's grave she stopped by to say hello to my mom and her children. She has answered every question immediately and followed up on the family to say hello and ask if we had any other questions. She has been very compassionate to our mom who has a hard time after being married to our father for over 70 years. She misses him so much and Lupe makes our visits more pleasant.
