“This shop is amazing and totally honest. Had back brakes done October 2019. Developed a grinding sound so took it in today March 2020 Pierre said they would check it on the next empty lift. Sure enough saw my car go up in ten minutes. Mechanic worked, test drove, then put it up on lift again. Inspected and worked on it again, test drove and pulled back into lift area. Someone else test drove car( a third time) Jeff then came in and said we are totally replacing both back brakes (2 hours). Because it had continue to make grinding noise. you can trust these folks to fix it right My three hours there were worth it!! No charge of course and many apologies were made. It’s reassuring to have an honest repair shop!”

“My 2010 GTR died randomly in my work parking lot and was not responsive to the push to start or anything. I was dreading having to get it towed to the nearest Nissan dealership and having to pay an arm and a leg for diagnostic, towing, parts and labor. Along with having to miss work to get it to and from the dealer. Right before I was going to have a towing company come pick it up, I posted on Facebook a quick description of my issue in hopes that someone might know what was going on. I had a few people reach out with some trouble shooting ideas that did not work. Joe messaged me saying he knew instantly what it was and offered to come to me (about 30-45 miles from his shop) at 8pm at night to help me out and fix it for a FRACTION of the cost the dealership quoted. Within 10 minutes of Joe showing up, car was repaired and fine and my anxiety was GONE! My GTR is my pride and joy and I am so happy with the fast service and the extremely amazing price. Troy gave me a tour of the facility when I walked in for the first time and it gave me comfort to know that my car was going to be in good hands. He also explained to me how some of the work is done and that made me happy because consultation is very important to me. Their attentiveness and agility in adapting to my needs as I communicated with them about the things I wanted to get done was a pleasure to work with.
