“If you need Insurance this is where you want to go. It was about 7 or 8 years ago that i walked in here needing insurance but wasn't sure what I wanted or even needed. Rachel Mendoza helped through that entire process. It was the first time I had ever purchased my own auto insurance so to say the least I had no clue what I was doing. She was patient, answered all my questions and helped me understand the choices I had so I would end up with what worked best for me. I left feeling much better then when I arrived that's for sure. Well today I thought I was going to be my own agent and make some changes to my policy myself online. BIG mistake!!! I called the office at literally 5:03pm mind you it's a Saturday. Rachel answers the phone and I quickly blurted out what I did and her response was no problem, let me log back in and get it fixed for you. YES.... she stayed over an hour fixing the mess I created trying to add a new car and change coverage on another ???? She is seriously amazing and has been since day 1. “After reading all these reviews, I too at one time went on assumptions.. Scam, pyramid scheme, or whatever else people say about the company. Truth of the matter, this is a great company, I've personally experienced payouts to beneficiaries. The only thing I would change is, how people are brought into the office. It needs to be more upfront. Let people know what the company is about before setting up appointments to sell insurance, investments, or possibly recruiting new people. Personally, I think the honesty would go much further than saying it's a training visit. If people knew upfront what Primerica is all about, I think they would be genuinely excited to take part, either by taking advantage of some of the services or, being a part of the company. Maybe some of the agents feel that they can't get people excited about primerica enough to get clients or recruits so it's easier to approach potential clients going through the back door. I'm one that can easily get people excited about a product. It doesn't take much other than being genuine and, well. I guess my bachelor's degree in marketing helps too..lol.. but, I feel like the agents should be more upfront.”
