“My experience with Dr. Vanessa Dawson and her staff at Village Grove Dental was by far the best dental experience ever. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff are very friendly, helpful and personable. I had to get a filling and a crown yesterday on my second visit and I was blown away by how painless it was. I’ve gotten dental work before and it’s always been bad experiences but not with Dr. Dawson. She took her time, made sure I was numb and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. Her and her staff kept asking me was I ok during the procedure. Which I appreciated because all doctors don’t do that. They even offer warm blankets, TV and noise cancelling headphones to make you feel more at home.I got to watch one of my favorite movies while getting my teeth worked on. You can’t beat that! I can’t say enough about how great my experience was. But I will say this, if you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Dr. Vanessa Dawson is the one!”

“The staff is so accommodating at Sandstone. I felt right at home. The clinic has a very modern deco which I loved and it was very clean. Dr. Bethers was wonderful. He explained everything to me about the procedure that I was going to undertake. The procedure was pretty quick and I was out of there in no time. Again the staff was great from the time I came in until I was done. My lip healed quickly after the procedure. I will definitely recommend this place.”

The dental assistants are also very helpful in answering any questions I have and making sure I’m comfortable. I’ve had some work done by both dentists and I would recommend either to my friends and family. Both were aware of my dental anxiety and made sure that I was relaxed and calm before starting any work. Both are great conversationalists as well so that helped a lot with my nerves. The work I had done was thorough, quick and painless, which is all I want out of my dental work. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and I have had wonderful experiences every time we come to Village Grove Dental Care! When I called to make my appointment and when I checked in everyone’s been so kind and helpful. I saw Carol for my cleaning and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable. I have sensitive teeth and she was so gentle but thorough! Dr. Dawson is an amazing dentist, she really knows her stuff. I’ve been to different dentists in the past and she is the best! She is so friendly and has such a wonderful bedside manner. I had some cavities filled and the assistant was so sweet. They made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I felt safe and comfortable. I love how my teeth felt and looked after both appointments. If you have anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist this is a good place to come to!”
