Its been a pleasure working with Jay over the years! Servicing my Yeti’s, Norcos and now Trek. During this time, I have referred at least 20 customers to Jay, all of which have purchased bikes and could not have been happier. This is my 6th bike from Jay (trek rail 9.7) with lots of upgrades. I have purchased from 5 other dealers in the valley before I met Jay and he has by far the best in prices, customer satisfaction, and repair service. I have been in and out of the bicycle industry for 25 years. I have wrenched with Chris "monkey" Vasquez and Ed Chavez. The crew at Jride have brought back my love for riding and wrenching. I walked into their shop with my son and he fell in love with a Trek. Even though the price on the bike was wrong (almost $800) they did what they could to make it right. This is a great small family ran shop who actually care about keeping the customer happy.
