Kaolin is awesome! I went in for a bike fitting today and he took the time to explain many of the settings (a lot has changed in 10 years, lol). Night and day difference on the bike handling and responsiveness (stock recommended settings vs. his recommendations).

Everyone I met in the shop is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with Flat Tire bike shop. John and Matt are really nice people who know everything needed to help the street and mountain bike enthusiast. I took in my vintage street bike and it came out looking like brand new (clean and beautiful). They tuned up the bike, wrapped the handle bars, trued the wheels and thoroughly cleaned my bike. Later I went back and had the tires and tubes replaced. Thank you very much for a job well done.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a bike shop. John is friendly and diagnosed my problem to get me back on the trail.
