Z's House Of Thai

This place has some of the best coconut curry I have ever had!!! I think if they lowered their prices they would get more business which in turn would make the restaurant more successful. Hopefully they will soon. Great people and great food but overpriced.

My neighbors and I went to Z's for a birthday luncheon for one in our party. Instead of ordering separate meals, the owner suggested a "family style" of today's special, plus samples of appetizers, soups and popular dishes. We were not disappointed! The entire meal was EXCELLENT! Each dish was a tasty surprise and so beautifully prepared. Z was wonderful to share the cultural history of our dishes and how they were prepared. It was a great lunch with excellent food and service! I highly recommend you try this little gem in downtown Cave Creek!

Fried spring rolls were very fresh albeit a bit greasy. Pad Thai lunch special was fresh and tasty and the portion was plentiful. Iced tea was especially yummy.

Be careful with their spicy oil as it is extremely hot and has staying power!

What a GEM of a restaurant in Cave Creek. First of all, it’s delicious. Second - the owner and staff are such hardworking, gracious and wonderful people. Who would have thought a Thai restaurant in the middle of a rather “western/cowboy town” would be on repeat at our house… but it is. Definitely worth a try, and you’ll likely be hooked, like we are. Five star service and taste for sure! PS: Cave Creek is amazing, so don’t take the cowboy town descriptor as a negative. This is as Arizona as you can get, and folks up here wouldn’t have it any other way. 👊🏼👊🏼🇺🇸🌵

We were greeted enthusiastically with a true feeling of warmth and hospitality. The food was amazing and the flavors popped. We had the papaya salad which was fresh and light with a great blend of spices. The drunken noodles with shrimp were recommended and didn’t let us down. The noodles were tasty with a variety of veggies and basil. The main dish was a curry with pumpkin and sea bass. It too, was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our service was well tended with just enough chit-chat to feel comfortable.
