Enthusiastic and informative trail guides, we loved these hard working down to earth people! I asked a ton of questions about the horses, fauna, wildlife and of course snakes, I hate snakes.
The views were great. It a great thing to do with friends, family, even a team building experience.

I WOULD RECOMMEND and I will book with them again.

We have done the 1 hour and 1.5 hour rides. The last 2 time the 1.5 hour ride. We have been going ever year for 5 years now. I start with one of my kids young as 7 no problem at all. The guides are great and horses are easy to ride. It is located inside a park so you do need to buy a day pass to get to the rides.

Did a ride with my grand daughter on Saturday morning. We had Lindsey as our guide and she was great! Everyone very friendly, well organized got a whole lot of people out on trail quickly and well dispersed. Once we got out it was great views and uncrowded trails. Would highly recommend and we will definitely go back next time grand kids are in town!

So glad we found Cave Creek Trail Rides! If you are looking for the best horseback riding experience in the area, you can stop looking. We did the sunset ride last night, just the most amazing scenery! Our guide (Kaylee i think) was terrific, so sweet, helpful and knowledgable. They have boots and hats if people want to partake. The horses are calm and know the trail. Ride was great for young, old, experienced or no experience. Not sure if they use the same trail for all rides but the views, changing elevations, and scenery were amazing. Loved our small group, just the 4 of us and a single woman, it was so nice not to be out with 15 people. When we were hiking in the area, we saw other groups out on the trails and we were so thankful we went this route instead, they operate out of the National Park. I would highly recommend Cave Creek Trail Rides!

Awesome experience, wonderful trails as great guide. We did the sunset trail ride and it was nice to have a small group. Small groups are the norm from what I understand and if you have a larger group they send out two guides. I also appreciated the safety issue with a small group.
