“I had a great haircut there with (ooops I forgot the young lady's name!) but my only sadness is it seems nobody knows how to give a good shampoo anymore! Since it is not a specific grumble with this particular shop, I'm giving it 5 stars anyway! It was quick, to my liking and I the stylist understood what I wanted. You can't ask for much more than that!”
