This is my second experience with a ACE hardware and don't know just what kind of training they have but it is always in any of their stores spectacular. Great overall experience!!!”

“I have been coming to this Sun Devil Pool store every week for over a year now, ever since I had my in ground pool put in. The expertise that Taylor has is amazing. Taylor tests my water sample that I bring in once a week like clock work. My pool is always up to par. When I need to add chemicals Taylor is right on point as what it needs. Always friendly and always willing to help answer any questions I may have. First class all the way! I highly recommend this store and Taylor for sure.”

“Each time I enter CubeSmart on Ocotillo to make a payment, and Karen happens to be working that day, I am greeted by name and a pleasant "how may I help you today?" After my payment transaction is complete, conversation with Karen becomes very easy, like the heat of the day, or rain we need or have had too much of or front page newspaper topics. I believe conversation with Karen is always made easy because of the warm and welcoming smile on her face and most important to me, the smile in her voice that invites further conversation. I have not had an issue with my storage area or with CubeSmart in general. Howver, if one were to surface, I would hope it is Karen's day to work, to explain my issue, knowing the issue will be addressed and resolved and I leave satisfied.”
