“I stopped at this location this evening after work. The associates at the window were really friendly. Great experience, but as I was on my way home. I picked up my drink it felt lighter than normal for a medium drink. It wasn’t filled all the way up & I didn’t receive my receipt for my purchase. However, I take responsibility for not checking before driving off. I deducted 1 star for the drink.”

“FINALLY I have found a vet in Arizona!! I came from the best vet in the world back in San Diego, but haven’t had luck since moving here. The doctor was sooo sweet and really informative. I also liked most of the staff. This was my first appointment, but so far so good. I only took off one star, but I did it due to pricing. I understand that you pay for quality, but this place is STEEP. I came from a vet in a very affluent neighborhood of San Diego and I didn’t pay even near what I was charged here. It’s a bit of an issue. Otherwise, great spot.”

“Each time I enter CubeSmart on Ocotillo to make a payment, and Karen happens to be working that day, I am greeted by name and a pleasant "how may I help you today?" After my payment transaction is complete, conversation with Karen becomes very easy, like the heat of the day, or rain we need or have had too much of or front page newspaper topics. I believe conversation with Karen is always made easy because of the warm and welcoming smile on her face and most important to me, the smile in her voice that invites further conversation. I have not had an issue with my storage area or with CubeSmart in general. Howver, if one were to surface, I would hope it is Karen's day to work, to explain my issue, knowing the issue will be addressed and resolved and I leave satisfied.”
