  UKF is a great martial arts school. The techniques taught here are high level, but there is still a lot of focus on fundamentals. The workouts are intense and everyone can progress at their own speed. Everyone is real friendly. I would recommend this school for anyone passionate about learning Martial Arts.

  So happy to have found UKF for my 8 year old. He enjoys the physical activity, techniques and personal attention received from the coaches.

  Great diverse gym. Not only coaches friendly, but the people who train there. Great enviorment everyone seems like they want to be there and the coaches want to train you. If you are looking for some fitness training, conditioning, or weightloss this is a good place to check out. I highly suggest always trying the free passes, this gym gives you 7 days to try 3 different or same class. Only other gym i know that does something similar is Chandler MMA which gives you a weaek.

  Great gym for multiple forms of martial arts. Great for beginners and advanced. Coaches are all friendly and will welcome you in. Highly recommend.

  Best training and workout for all type of levels in martial arts and fitness love it if you are up for a real challenge UKF it’s the place !!!!
