The waiting room is extremely large, and other than a child and his mom coughing and sneezing (and not covering their mouths or noses) there was no wait on a Friday. The receptionist was friendly, personable, easy to talk with, efficient and nice. The same with the nurse and physician’s assistant who were both wonderful. It makes a big difference when you’re dealing with kind, sympathetic healthcare professionals.”

“Went for the first time and overall had a good experience as the burger was good quality and interior served pretty quickly. We really enjoy the burgers and fries at Five Guys. They are offering much better quality than fast food restaurants, and prices are just a little bit higher averagely. They did very good job at the burgers patties, not too dry, very juicy with grilled flavor. Deserved to try more choices next time ????”

“I ordered online through their mobile app and the delivery was handled by GrubHub. Unfortunately the GH delivery driver brought the wrong order (there was more than one order with the same fort name) so I called the store to see if there was any way they could bring me the correct order since I couldn’t eat the incorrect items given to me due to health restrictions and I could not come in to the store because I was working at my retail location alone that day and thus could not abandon the store during business hours. The manager I spoke with, Scott, sent one of his employees, Caleb to my store since it was only half a mile away with the correct order since it was an honest mistake and I could not leave my store. When Caleb got to my store though, he only had half of the order, so he came back a second time with my complete order at no additional charge to thank me for my patience and understanding. I was thrilled to receive my regular order and then the half order all for the one price. I just thought that it was great customer service from both Scott and Caleb, being willing to my store not once but twice to ensure I got my correct order, and I will definitely keep going to that location.”
