“Highly recommend Shaheen! My son Tanner is an elite lacrosse player and was in town for a tournament. Unfortunately he had severe back pain that was keeping him from running and playing. With one week before the tournament we had 2 sessions with Shaheen (on short notice). She was able to not only help him with the pain through treatment and exercise, but fixed the problem. When you train with Kayla you really feel that you are being trained by someone who genuinely cares for you. She is always there for you anytime during the day if you have any questions. She wants you to text her a picture of everything you eat. She is totally Committed to you and helping you reach your fitness goals. She is the sweetest and kindest person you will ever meet but when it comes to pushing out those last few reps on the leg press machine she is there to inspire you. I’m 50 years old. I’ve had a lot of personal trainers in my life, but Kayla gave me the best workouts I’ve ever had. “I typically don’t write long-winded reviews, but Sonoran Smile Orthodontics really deserves all the compliments. First, I wish I got my braces earlier. Dr. Shadow and her team have made the entire process easy, and actually pleasant. As an adult patient who travels for work, I was reluctant to get braces because I was unsure I could make all the appointments. But Dr. Shadow assured me they would work around my schedule, and they have kept their promise. Between their multiple offices and weekend availability, I have always been able to get last minute appointments. Dr. Shadow has great bed side manner. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best results for them. She is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented (a must-have in an ortho!) I have never felt rushed during my appointments and my questions are answered thoroughly. The office and dental staff are always friendly, and very efficient! I have never had to wait more than five minutes before getting called in. They really deserve all the five-star reviews.”
