“Anyone of every fitness level should not overlook Tactical Fitness. As others have stated, Kyle is the fitness guru and really knows his stuff in all aspects of health. He has a fun yet challenging class and an hour flies in no time. He has several classes throughout the day so it isn't a problem finding one to fit your schedule. He is always available to answer questions or help with problem areas. Kenzie is also a wonderful coach and very knowledgeable. I especially like the evening classes as they are small and personal. The 'gang' is like family at Tactical Fitness. Come and join us!”

“Major props to the amazing trainers ans the owners of this gym! Have been training here since they opened this location, and I love working out in such a positive environment. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, and are genuinely committed to helping you achieve your goals. Seth has helped me recover from an injury, and the training keeps me injury free.”

“Do their best to encourage social distancing. Plenty of cleaning supplies around. Friendly faces (no really judgmental looks that I've felt before at places like planet fitness). Best gym I've been too. Except for the opening week when the personal trainer kinda deceived me into signing up for personal training without reading all the terms and conditions. (Personal training is a long term commitment whereas I'm not gonna be in town long term)”

“Everyone was welcoming. The front desk person helped me to answer any questions and gave me a tour of the studio, and the teacher greeted me too and made sure I was able to find all the equipment for class and gave me a helpful rundown. This studio has 2 or 3 rows of benches with cubbies underneath to put your stuff, and front desk watches over it during class so no one can touch it. Then, they have two restrooms with stuff in there that you can freshen up with. On top of that what sets this studio apart is they have a small play area section where you can put leave your kids during class. Inside of the studio was huge - bigger than other barre studios that I've seen so far and it had mirrors along every wall - which is nice, as most other studios I've been too only have the mirror on one side. The only downside was class was very packed, could have been at least 30 plus people in there, however with how big the studio was, we were able to fit, and once we were on the bar, you could not really run or bump into anyone. I enjoyed the music choice during class and it was nice how the teacher checked in on the new students to make sure we were following and helped show us the moves again if needed. I would say the level of this class is geared for beginner barre- nothing too extremely hard in the class. :)”
