We shopped there earlier today and had a great experience. Debbie was the associate who helped us at check out and was very welcoming. She helped us out when we noticed some stains on dresses we found. Definitely will continue to shop at this location in the future.

Had a wonderful time shopping. They had alot of sales and I love the quality of their merchandise. Thank you for making my shopping experience so good and inexpensive. Cashiers were efficient, good customer service.

I needed to make a return that I had purchased online. The young lady at the register was polite, quick, and friendly. This store was very clean and organized nicely. They had a big map right when you walk in with the layout and departments in the store so that you could find what you need. They had a lot of sale/clearance merchandise. JCP also has an app where you can get discounts and points for your purchases.
