First off I would like to say that Kris Durbin is a team with his wife Jackie. They both offer a unique and memorable buying experience that we both will remember for a very long time. Knowing that Kris and Jackie had our backs was what got me through our last and final move into our forever home. We had an extremely tight time frame and budget.
As a team Kris is the seller, and he told us going in that he is the one to sell our house. Jackie is the one who helped us find our forever home. Jackie patiently took us to see several homes throughout our process and of course, the moment we walked into our new "Home" we knew that it was the one. It met almost every wish or want we had. And it had a few more features we really liked. The Durbin's are a great team and they work together really well. They took care of us the entire process, from beginning to end. Holding our hands at some stressful times too. They were responsive and always replied back to our texts when we needed them. I HIGHLY recommend the Durbin's for your next move. I think more than anything I like that we made lifelong friends out of Jackie and Kris and now coincidentally live right down the street from them! We are very pleased with every aspect of working with them. They made us see what we didn't have in our other realtors.

Kris helped us navigate throughout the very difficult current housing market. He was Knowledgeable, friendly, honest and very professional. We felt like he really cared about finding the right home for us ,which he did! He was great at communicating and showed us every single house we wanted to see. I met Kris while I was moving from my Chandler home to a new house in Phoenix. He was actually a neighbor of mine and saw me struggling to load some heavy furniture in to my truck by myself. He helped me get the heavy items loaded and we parted ways. We were talking shop a few days later and as fate would have it, I found out Kris was a realtor. Being that I was in the market for one, we got to talking. I told Kris I had gotten pricing from those companies that buy your home before you move and shared the offers with him. He talked me out of this route pretty quickly. Kris handled everything better than I could have imagined. He even had a barbecue truck set up on open house weekend and had free burgers and hot dogs cooking for all the people that came by. This did only last one day but that was because my house sold for full asking price on opening day. This was also about 20% more than I was offered by the home buying companies. I strongly recommend that if you need your house sold, give Kris a shot. You wont be disappointed.
