(July 18, 2022, 2:19 pm)Bryan and the crew at TGK are excellent at what they do. I got to tour the shop with the family and felt right at home. I needed a wheel alignment for my Mustang and they got me in same day. When they were done, the car drove perfect on its new tires. I will coming back for mods and service in the future. Glad I found them!
(June 21, 2022, 2:33 pm)I was referred to use TGK Automotive of Chandler by a close friend, and he mentioned that they could solve any issue with top-notch quality service. He was right; I took the car in and spoke with Ryan and several other staff; they were accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They could get my car in immediately and diagnose and fix it quickly. I am thankful for the step-by-step follow-ups on what they were doing, the cost, and how long it would take. My technician was John, and he was terrific and even showed me the parts he had replaced. I would recommend this place to anyone for any service.
(May 20, 2022, 12:47 pm)They deserve 10 stars, seriously. I have a 45 year old Motorhome that’s been heavily modified. Most shops won’t work on it, and quite honestly I don’t trust many people to even touch it. This shop isn’t afraid of anything! Bryan made me feel like a million bucks and cared for me and my rig like we were gold! Tony, the technician who worked on it has the patience of a saint! Tony is also one of the smartest, knowledgeable, and friendly auto technicians I’ve ever come across. He’s one of the very few people I would trust to leave my coach with. Repairs weren’t cheap, but it was fair and they stand behind their work. The whole organization is great and I want whatever they put in their water. Other companies should take notes on how this organization provides a superior customer experience. Great job everyone, from the nice girl who happily gave me a ride home, to all of the friendly people who greeted me as they passed through the lobby, and of course Bryan, and Tony! You guys rock.
(March 16, 2022, 10:35 pm)Bryan and the TGK team are amazing! They did an excellent job with my truck repair. The dealer quoted me a price of $5200 to repair wires that were chewed on by a rodent. The TGK team assessed the issue and fixed it for $880. They were so upfront and honest about fixing my truck. They saved me over $4000.00! I will be bringing my truck here from now on!! Thanks TGK mechanics and Bryan!
