But unless you've experienced it first hand like I did when I came in to pick up my order you have no idea what it is like.... they were all super busy unloading shipping containers and They do their best to answer everyone's questions. The phones were ringing off the hook with mostly nonsense questions so I can get the frustration of trying to get everything done and everyone's order found in the multiple containers that arrive... packed by another country and shipped out to customers all over the world...all on top of trying to have to answer everyone elses questions at the same time and random people walking in without appointments... They have earned my respect and business and I will continue ordering from them for all of my needs... If you need top notch legit JDM parts there is no other place like ICB!”

“I liked everything about this service. The guys were nice, punctual, and super efficient. Blake Hancock and Nate Griep did my moving and I was super impressed with their handling of everything. They got all my stuff into a third floor condo, put it together, and offered to move things around until I was happy. All within the estimated time frame. Both guys were cheerful and polite the whole time they were working hard- they were a please to deal with and they made a hard day much better by being so great. I hope not to move again for a long time but if I do I’ll definitely use this service”

“We selected Floor Coverings International Gilbert. We had them install carpet in 3 bedrooms and our stairway going upstairs. The carpet looks beautiful and the cushion underneath feels great. We had them also install engineered hardwood over our existing tile. The install looks awesome and the installers were fantastic. Deb held our hand during the initial design consultation and stayed involved throughout.”

“We are very satisfied with the exterior work done on our home. Kevin, the sales person, did an excellent job understanding the project and being very clear about what was to be done and what was not. He showed up during the work and carefully explained and answered the concerns of the painters. Pricing was fair for the work to be done, too. Miquel and Richard, the painters, were polite, clean, and respectful. They showed up on time when they were supposed to. They spoke understandable English and dressed appropriately. They worked hard and stayed with the job under hot unpleasant conditions and finished on time. They asked questions from us during the work time or if needed from their boss, and were careful to walk the project with us before they left. Four colors were involved, and matching the existing was well done. Plus there was some repair before painting could be done. They used drop cloths and very little spillage or drips were left. We are planning some interior painting to be done later on and we are satisfied to the point where we will be using Paint Kings again. I have already recommended this company to friends asking for referrals. The job site was neat and clean during the work and completely cleaned up when the work was done. It looks lovely now that all is done. Thank you, Paint Kings!”
