“We stayed at the Ventura apartments Jan. Feb. March of 2013. Nice apartments, nice pool, community room, fitness center and great office people and maintenance staff. Amity was the office manager, very nice and cordial. We are in Naples Fl. this year but would definitely consider staying at the Ventura again. Rich and Karen.”

“I am here since last three months, and my experience is awesome. Really a nice apartment and management Is supper cool. Property manager really cool and understanding. Support staff won’t mis there SLA, there are really friendly and prompt, specially suppervisor Hoze. Yes there are some additional charges which you get to later approx 40-50 bucks(technology charges) but I believe that is for there mentainnce. There are two pools with barbecue grills, in fact while community has barbecue grills placed, which is really nice because every morning staff manner clean it very nicely. Full equipped gym is an add on. Overall deserve rate 5, as long as management keep maintain it in the same way.”
