“Anthony and his crew went above and beyond with my Jellyfish lighting install. Interference with the pre-existing pigeon remediation netting posed a challenge, but the crew was able not only to install the lighting tracks to conform to the fascia line, but re-installed the netting to perfection. The quality of the materials and the paint matching of the rails are top-notch. During the day, the installation is not noticeable unless it is being looked for (a huge Plus in an HOA covenant-controlled community). Anthony took the time to explain the system’s operation, along with the initial Zone setup in the Jellyfish cloud app to get me started. “In the summer of 2019, we made a deliberate decision to add an elevator to our 2-story house. With our diminishing ability to climb stairs, we felt it was the best way for us to “Age in Place” and stay in our home of 13 years. The project, built between April and June 2020, created an outside hoistway for a specific interior elevator. Our exterior balcony was converted into an interior hallway as a conduit to the upstairs rooms. We chose Alair Homes Chandler because of their reputation and prior elevator experience. They were responsive to our initial requests, willing to take on a project in Maricopa, and were very professional and focused. Jeff Gorszczyk, managing partner of Alair, became our project manager. Throughout the planning, design, permits, construction, finishing, and interfacing with our elevator company, he kept us informed, updated of what was happening and what to expect. Jeff always had his subcontractors ready for each phase of construction. The selected subcontractors all expressed a high respect for Alair and working for Jeff who had high expectations of them. The addition of the hoistway blended perfectly with our original building and was readily approved by our HOA. The interior dimensions of the new hoistway met the precise requirements of the elevator company. I would give Jeff the highest marks for managing our project, coming in on time and on budget. I also give my highest recommendation of Alair Homes Chandler for your home construction project.”

Meeting Jen the owner at Chandler, Gilbert store for a one on one appointment took all the stress out of finding and purchasing the right mattress and frame for me personally. Her expertise, professional and pleasant disposition was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Best of all was the price compared to other companies , and there were no hidden fees or condition, except that you could not return the item because it was at a discount which Jen was upfront with. I had no problem with that. What really impressed me was the quality of the product. I purchased an adjustable frame and quilted mattress by their local company. To top my experience off Jen and her husband Jeff personally came to my house and set it up and explained set up and remote settings. You do not get this at Mattress Firm. “My husband and I consolidated 2 houses of stuff into our Gilbert home and realized very quickly we needed more storage…..everywhere! I reached out to several companies and I was most impressed with Lisa Strempke at Classy Closets. She set an appointment time, showed up when expected, and delivered a quote with several options within a day or two. She also put me in touch with Carl Strempke to build a stone wall unit to house our electric fireplace and mounted TV. In all we had our owner’s suite closet redone, added several cabinets in the garage, turned a blah den into a great library by adding a wall of shelves and closed cabinets, built the wall in the living room, and on each side added lighted floating shelves and cabinets. I couldn’t be happier with Lisa, Carl, and their teams!”

“I had my floors replaced with a quality laminate floating floor. The initial salesman was Caleb. I basically told him about the floor that I saw elsewhere and asked him to show me something similar. As we looked at the samples he guided me to the proper type of floor that would be best for my needs. I have a tri-level home so there were alot of stairs involved. They came out beautifully. My kitchen was designed by Kelly at Builders Flooring. She did a great job with suggestions and helped to keep me within my budget. All of the installers, from the cabinets to the baseboards and the floor in-between were top notch, well qualified professionals. You can go anywhere to get good products but you can't get good service and follow up service just anywhere. I would recommend Builders Flooring and Decor to anyone.”
