“This is one of the cleanest, well maintained and well stocked Walmarts I’ve seen. The prices are fantastic. The variety of products is astounding. It truly is a one stop shop. “This review is of my recent visit to their deli and bakery (last Saturday). It was a late afternoon visit and their hot foods in the kitchen looked fresh and there was plenty to choose from. “Location with lots of potential! This location suffers from low staffing which is visible by stock in the middle of the aisles unattended. There was a table with Now Hiring info, so they are working on staffing. It is on the messy side compared to other Ross locations in the Valley. They still have the same great prices and similar merchandise. If this doesn't bother you, I would still recommend this location.”

“I first met Frank in our gym's sauna. After some discussion, I found out he worked at a framing shop. The timing couldn't have been better because I was looking to get a really nice, customized frame as a gift. After setting up an appointment, giving some general guidelines on what I was looking for, and providing some pictures going along with the frame's theme, I pretty much just sat back and let the talent (Frank and Alex) work their magic. They came up with a product that shattered all expectations. They were both extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I would get consistent updates on the progress and anytime they were making a big design decision, they made sure to include me and get my take on it (although for pretty much everything they sent, I said "looks outstanding! “We absolutely love our new backyard! We recently added several palms and cacti from Moon Valley Nursery to our backyard and are so happy! The customer service we received from Manny and Jess was amazing! They came to our home to provide consultation and helped us pick out great plant material at the nursery. They coordinated the installation which included a crane for the larger, heavy palms. They even came over the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. “In the summer of 2019, we made a deliberate decision to add an elevator to our 2-story house. With our diminishing ability to climb stairs, we felt it was the best way for us to “Age in Place” and stay in our home of 13 years. The project, built between April and June 2020, created an outside hoistway for a specific interior elevator. Our exterior balcony was converted into an interior hallway as a conduit to the upstairs rooms. We chose Alair Homes Chandler because of their reputation and prior elevator experience. They were responsive to our initial requests, willing to take on a project in Maricopa, and were very professional and focused. Jeff Gorszczyk, managing partner of Alair, became our project manager. Throughout the planning, design, permits, construction, finishing, and interfacing with our elevator company, he kept us informed, updated of what was happening and what to expect. Jeff always had his subcontractors ready for each phase of construction. The selected subcontractors all expressed a high respect for Alair and working for Jeff who had high expectations of them. The addition of the hoistway blended perfectly with our original building and was readily approved by our HOA. The interior dimensions of the new hoistway met the precise requirements of the elevator company. I would give Jeff the highest marks for managing our project, coming in on time and on budget. I also give my highest recommendation of Alair Homes Chandler for your home construction project.”
