Meeting Jen the owner at Chandler, Gilbert store for a one on one appointment took all the stress out of finding and purchasing the right mattress and frame for me personally. Best of all was the price compared to other companies , and there were no hidden fees or condition, except that you could not return the item because it was at a discount which Jen was upfront with. I had no problem with that. What really impressed me was the quality of the product. I purchased an adjustable frame and quilted mattress by their local company. To top my experience off Jen and her husband Jeff personally came to my house and set it up and explained set up and remote settings. You do not get this at Mattress Firm. I had the impression dealership service centers are expensive but this was the other way. A simple full synthetic oil change was over $100+. I used a $10 coupon and yet it was more than the dealer (Toyota). Overall the team members that work here are good. They take the time to explain and will not deliberately find faults to raise your bill. They will replace what is absolutely required. I like the honesty.”

I reached out to several companies and I was most impressed with Lisa Strempke at Classy Closets. She set an appointment time, showed up when expected, and delivered a quote with several options within a day or two. She also put me in touch with Carl Strempke to build a stone wall unit to house our electric fireplace and mounted TV. In all we had our owner’s suite closet redone, added several cabinets in the garage, turned a blah den into a great library by adding a wall of shelves and closed cabinets, built the wall in the living room, and on each side added lighted floating shelves and cabinets. I couldn’t be happier with Lisa, Carl, and their teams!”

“Needed some work done; Bob is truly a Master of Suspension and we are thankful he was here a couple days ago; he even found some issues that were unrelated to our issue but super important to resolve. We were fortunate to get in with minimal wait time, and our truck was ready to go quickly. Hourly rate here is not cheap, but this was certainly a case of getting what you pay for; I cannot speak for anyone else employed here, but Bob's knowledge and expertise was well worth the price...and, again, he got us in and out in a few hours. Time is money. :) Also, this place has two nice, fairly comfy waiting rooms.”

Mike is very knowledgeable about water and really makes sure you know what you need and how to do it. The demonstration is cool and the difference in the water is crazy. Scheduling was simple and they got me in so quickly! Brandon and Corey showed up on time and were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and even helped us identify some other things that needed taken care of! Plus, my dog liked them, so you know they're good :) We had just done a full house renovation that was not quite done with they were here, so they worked with us on that too. The system is awesome.
