We needed a cake on a very short notice and she worked with us diligently and listened to every single of our requests while giving us her feedback making sure that what we wanted turned out perfect. We had an idea in mind and gave her pictures of the cake we wanted along with the modifications of it and she gave us an exact replica of that. She is clearly very passionate about what she does and humble as well, which made all of our communication encounters very pleasant. The cake and cookies were so fresh and tasted amazing! “I had my floors replaced with a quality laminate floating floor. The initial salesman was Caleb. I basically told him about the floor that I saw elsewhere and asked him to show me something similar. As we looked at the samples he guided me to the proper type of floor that would be best for my needs. I have a tri-level home so there were alot of stairs involved. They came out beautifully. My kitchen was designed by Kelly at Builders Flooring. She did a great job with suggestions and helped to keep me within my budget. All of the installers, from the cabinets to the baseboards and the floor in-between were top notch, well qualified professionals. You can go anywhere to get good products but you can't get good service and follow up service just anywhere. I would recommend Builders Flooring and Decor to anyone.”

“Marilo is such a talented hairstylist! I have been seeing her for almost two years and am so grateful I came across her site when I did. My hair was so damaged after going to another salon and Marilo helped my hair become so much more healthier. I get my balayage done by her and it is so well blended and the low lights and the color are so so gorgeous. I notice that my balayage looks so beautiful when my hair is straightened, curled, and natural since it is so well blended. She is truly an artist who views your hair as a canvas. She knows how to pick the right shade of color for your skin tone (which was something important to me since I am not Caucasian) and knows what’s flattering for you. Also she cuts hair wonderful as well. She did my curtain bangs and I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I only trust her with my hair and will continue to see her. I have attached a photo of my balayage that was done by her 4 months ago and it still looks so wonderful. I am so grateful for Marilo!”

I had a crown installation (which is a same day procedure if you have time) again for the very first time and was not a bad experience at all. “I have had good experiences renting out my property, and I am extremely surprised by so many negative comments. I wonder if there is one set of business practices for one group of people and a completely different business practice (Including being rude) for the other group. Question: I would like to have a better understanding of why tenants have been treated so differently. Certainly tenants are expected to pay rent on time and to keep the place clean and habitable. Does anyone have any ideas how the reviews can be so opposite for people?”
