“Came with a large party and they were able to accommodate us. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was fast too. The food was just ok. The salsa and chips were undersalted & the green salsa didn't have much flavor at all - very disappointing. The drinks were inconsistent. The Pollo Fundido was tasty but the sauce could have used more flavor - it was cream cheese heavy. I also found it odd that most other main dishes come with rice and beans, but the Pollo fundido only came with rice and it was an extra charge for beans (which sadly, did not have much flavor either). The deep fried ice cream was wonderful!”

“This is a moderately challenging trail with an excellent view of the lake and the mountains. Trailhead has plenty parking spaces, clean restrooms and drinking water. The trail starts with a climb to about 200ft and then goes up and down for about 45 minutes. There are plenty of park benches along the way.”

“I go here as often as I can. The lady who runs it is awesome. Her English isn't very strong but you can communicate with her easily. She gives, at least for me, the perfect massage. Not too rough and not too soft. Also, she doesn't talk to you during the massage and I love that part. That allows me to relax and drift off. Another thing that I learned today was that she's very honest. On my last trip there I used a credit card and some how the transaction went through twice. When I stopped in today she was very happy to me and ran to her desk and pulled out the receipt and explained what happened. She said that to correct it she would give me a 90 minutes massage for free. I appreciated the honesty and apology for the error but she absolutely wanted to make it right. That kind of thing doesn't happen near enough anymore. I got my perfect massage and I tipped her the amount of the massage to thank her for her effort. She didn't want to take it but I insisted. So support small business and tip generously. Remember karma goes both ways.”

“Ive been a patient of Dr. Porter for over ten years and have always received excellent care at a very reasonable price. I once had a terribly painful tooth that kept me up all Friday night. I called Doc the following morning thinking he might call me in a prescription to get me through the weekend. Instead he met me at his office in an hour and preformed a root canal that gave me great relief. For that Ill always be grateful. Dr.Porter's staff is also terrific. Joann has been the receptionist for many years and is always cheerful and glad to see you. Veronica is Doc's assistant and is not only competent and efficient, she is compassionate and as friendly as can be. If you are looking for no frills excellent dental care at a fair price, Dr. Porter is your man.”
