“This is a moderately challenging trail with an excellent view of the lake and the mountains. Trailhead has plenty parking spaces, clean restrooms and drinking water. The trail starts with a climb to about 200ft and then goes up and down for about 45 minutes. There are plenty of park benches along the way.”

“Beautiful trail with not many people. More natural than a curated garden but with lots of signs explaining the plants and land features. Has lots of really pretty granite rock formations. Trail is short and can be done pretty quickly, although the paths are windy and rough in spots so if you have trouble walking it might not be a good trail despite it being tagged as easy. Expect more of a pretty trail hike than a curated garden.”

“This hike is very nice. It's relatively flat, and offers some nice views of the desert. You do have to walk a 1/4 mile to the trail head which is a little strange, but overall it''s great. I would rate the difficulty as easy - moderate.”
