  I often go shopping with my wife and been to several Lane Bryant stores. The customer service ranges from pretty good to poor. Today we had the best service ever from Kelly. She was friendly from the start and approached us offering to assist. She was really nice and helpful. This will be our first choice for shopping in the future.

  Kelly and the ladies who work here are very friendly and helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and Kelly made a point to come over and ask if there was anything she could help us find. As a regular LB shopper this is rare at their stores as normally you only get a simple " Hello" and never see the associate again. Keep up the good work ladies !
