“The only reason I'm writing this review is because of the really positive, friendly, and smiley sales rep that I had the privilege to encounter. My wife and 3 boys walked into this store Today (2-24-19) at 10:45am because our 5 year old and 2 year old needed shoes. While they were all shopping, I just took my infant over to eat popcorn at front counter. While I'm just standing there, a super professional rep who constantly had a big smile started talking. I wish I would have got his name. He's tall, black, and has a constant warm and welcoming BIG smile. This dude was super cool, friendly, respectful, professional, and just a really nice guy. If this is the type of people Sketchers Corporate hires, I'll always shop Sketchers! This guy needs a raise! I don't see him as a sales rep but he's definitely more at the leadership/director/executive level! P.s. I'm the CEO of a large company and I own several large companies so I understand quality people when I see it. I hope this review doesn't fall on deaf ears.”
