This store is always clean and has what I am looking for at the right price. Amal has checked me out the last two times, and I can't say enough good things about her. She is pleasant, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

I found a number of great things on sale, but there was no one to help in the men's department. I picked out a pair of high end "dress sneakers" that looked great. When I got home, turned out the color was wrong. So, back to the store I went and WOW... I was treated to the absolute smoothest and quickest merchandise return in my life. Seriously, I was in line for about 4 minutes but the return took about 30 seconds. Great customer service.

Was at another mall store looking for warm boots for an upcoming trip to colder snowy weather but only found high heeled boots or fancy boots to wear with a dress, etc, but I wanted something cute but more warm & functional in case I had to push a vehicle out of a ditch or something!! As we were driving past Macy's, my hubby parked & suggested I run in just to see if they might have some decent boots & they were having a smoking clearance also!! I left with 2 cute pairs for half the price of one pair at the first store! Macy's rocks 5 stars in my book for filling my needs/wants & at a great price! It will be the first store I go to next time I'm shopping!!
